"Who are you?" asked the little prince, and added, "You are very pretty to look at."

"I am a fox," said the fox.

"Comeand play with me," proposed the little prince. "I am so unhappy."
“我不能和你一起玩，”狐狸说，“我还没有被驯服呢。”
"I cannot play with you," the fox said. "I am not tamed."
“我来找人。”小王子说，“什么叫‘驯服’呢?”
"I am looking for men," said the little prince. "What does that mean-- 'tame'?"

"It is an act too often neglected," said the fox. It means to establish ties."

"My life is very monotonous," the fox said. "I hunt chickens; men hunt me. All the chickens are just alike, and all the men are just alike. And, in consequence, I am a little bored. But if you tame me, it will be as if the sun came to shine on my life . I shall know the sound of a step that will be different from all the others. Other steps send me hurrying back underneath the ground. Yours will call me, like music, out of my burrow. And then look: you see the grain-fields down yonder? I do not ea t bread. Wheat is of no use to me. The wheat fields have nothing to say to me. And that is sad. But you have hair that is the colour of gold. Think how wonderful that will be when you have tamed me! The grain, which is also golden, will bring me bac k the thought of you. And I shall love to listen to the wind in the wheat..."
狐狸沉默不语，久久地看着小王子。
The fox gazed at the little prince, for a long time.
“请你，驯养我吧。”小狐狸说
"Please-- tame me!" he said.
“只有被驯服了的事物，才会被了解。”狐狸说，“人不会再有时间去了解任何东西的。他们总是到商人那里去购买现成的东西。因为世界上还没有购买朋友的商店，所以人也就没有朋友。如果你想要一个朋友，那就驯服我吧!”
"One only understands the things that one tames," said the fox. "Men have no more time to understand anything. They buy things all ready made at the shops. But there is no shop anywhere where one can buy friendship, and so men have no friends any more. If you want a friend, tame me..."
“那么应当做些什么呢?”小王子说。
"What must I do, to tame you?" asked the little prince.

"You must be very patient," replied the fox. "First you will sit down at a little distance from me-- like that-- in the grass. I shall look at you out of the corner of my eye, and you will say nothing. Words are the source of misunderstandings. But yo u will sit a little closer to me, every day..."
第二天，小王子又来了。
The next day the little prince came back.

关于小王子的个人感想
最近，似乎很忙，总是感觉自己被太多的事情框在了原地，内心很烦躁。于是，趁着周末的空闲，我到了图书馆走了一圈。图书馆果然是个能让人静心的地方。来到之后心里没有想那么多了。可是我又不知道该看什么书好。于是，便开始随便逛。然后，就发现了这本书——《小王子》。
记得第一次读《小王子》，是在初一的时候，当时一下子就被他清新的文笔和单纯的世界所吸引。虽然可能当时候的我只是把它当成一本课后的读物。六年后的现在，再读《小王子》，不禁一次次地流泪，为小王子那慑人心魂的忧伤而心悸，为他纯洁而执着的爱所感动，也为自己那逐渐泯灭的童心而哀悼。
这是一个属于成人的童话，属于曾经有过童心的成年人的童话。这与其说是一个童话，不如说是一个悲剧。童话里的主人公总是像白雪公主或灰姑娘一样，幸福美满地生活。而忧伤的小王子却在发现爱的真谛后死在沙漠里。
大人常常要求孩子有成年人的思想和行为，而从来没有意识到他们不应该过早地体会这些，他们应该在阳光明媚的世界里享受着快乐的时光。如果以后我有了孩子，我想我会尽可能保护属于他那个年纪的童真。毕竟，长大后的世界真的很残酷。
当人悲伤的时候，真就会喜欢看落日了。
不知道为什么，我每一次看见即将落下地平线的夕阳，总会觉得很忧伤。那是无名的悲哀，说不出的感觉，也许只是纯粹地对美好事物消逝的一种悲叹。还记得，曾经自己因为一些事，一个人望着落日徐徐降下，忽然泪水就无声地流下。悲伤的时候，比起别人的安慰，我可能更需要的是安静，安静如疗伤，在清净中想透彻了，就不再悲伤难过了。
有人问过我，以后我们还会是朋友吗?一直都觉得这样的问题很难回答。因为没有人可以预测未来。我也是一直是这样回答的：可能我们以后真的不会再是好朋友了，但是我会永远记住我们曾经一起的美好。当然，我更希望的是我们不管过了多久，都能一如当初的欢喜。
我也觉得现代的生活越来越快节奏，人们的脚步越来越快，人与人之间越来越远?但是，起码到现在这一刻，我还是很相信自己拥有真正的朋友。是吧，起码我还是有属于自己的一片星空。
好像没有人问过我，我是他的唯一吗?一直都觉得这样的问题很肉麻，也很不实在。因为没有一个人可以是另一个人的唯一。或许是我自己的观念有点不正确，是我自己不相信罢了。我是缺少安全感的人，总是难以去相信其他人。所以，我自己也觉得我不能保证永远是别人的唯一，未来太难预料了。如果自己做不到，会使对方伤心，自己又会内疚，这样的话，我还是选择不去承诺。这大概就是我的爱情观吧。
我只希望以后的我真的能找到属于我的那朵独一无二的玫瑰花。
